Before posting thoughts in the comment section of Talk with Donuts, please take a moment to read the guidelines below.

How to comment on Talk with Donuts

All visitors are welcome to participate in the discussions opened under every post on this blog. Talk with Donuts reserves the right to delete comments that violates the following expectations.

Comments must have the following to be successfully posted:

  • real first name and email address in the comment form
  • relevant ideas that expand on the opened dialogue of a post — please read the article before commenting!
  • useful, constructive criticism (no rude, disrespective, or irrelevant comments)

Comments will not be posted or will be deleted if they have the following qualities:

  • personally identifiable information
  • irrelevant comment(s)
  • threats to Donuts or other visitors
  • any form of defamation
  • racist or obscene comments
  • violation of anyone’s copyright, trademark, etc.
  • promotions about and/or links back to a product, service, or latest venture

  • All rights reserved: For any comment, Talk with Donuts reserves the right to delete, not post, or mark it as spam. Talk with Donuts also reserves the right to block any IP address that violates this Comment Policy from commenting, subscribing, or accessing this blog.
  • Links: If a comment must include a link, please be aware that the comment may not be approved for posting or be approved right away. Relevant links that contribute to the conversation need to be approved. Obvious attempts to promote a business, gain backlinks, traffic, or other types of self-promotion are not allowed.
  • Liability: By posting a comment, the commenter agrees that the contribution is that commenter’s own thoughts and that the commenter takes responsibility for it. The commenter also agrees to hold Talk with Donuts and other commenters harmless.
  • Copyright: If Talk with Donuts receives authentic notice that a comment is in violation of anyone’s copyrighted information, the violating comment will be deleted and the commenter may be blocked from posting comments in the future.
  • Spam: Any comment seen as spam will be deleted. If a commenter repeatedly posts spam, their IP address may be blacklisted from accessing Talk with Donuts.
  • Privacy: A commenter needs to provide an authentic, verified email address to post a comment on Talk with Donuts and receive comment subscriptions. Talk with Donuts will never publish any commenter’s personal information on the blog. Accordingly, do not share private information within the comment. Talk with Donuts will delete phone numbers, email addresses, or any other private or personal information to protect the affected party. This is not the place to exchange contact information with other visitors.
  • Patience: If a comment follows all these guidelines of this Comment Policy, the comment should be posted. Please be patient while Talk with Donuts moderates all conversations to ensure the best experiences for the blog’s site visitors.
